Fine wine distributor Louis Latour Agencies has appointed Nina Sears as regional account manager for the Midlands, Wales and the South-West.
Sears joins the company after eight years at Mentzendorff where she was responsible for key accounts such as Berry Bros & Rudd and the Wine Society.
She began her career in the drinks trade at Nyetimber and Hatch Mansfield.

UK-based Louis Latour Agencies distributes premium wines and cognacs from family-owned properties around the world.
Its partners in France include Beaujolais producer Henry Fessy, Simonnet-Febvre from Chablis, Côtes du Rhône estate Maison Vidal-Fleury and Domaine Michel Redde et Fils from the Loire.
From elsewhere in the world, it represents Chile's Viu Manent and McHenry Hohnen and Wakefield from Australia.
Last year it won the Champagne Gosset and Cognac Frapin accounts from McKinley Vintners.
Louis Latour Agencies also represents and distributes the wines of its parent company Maison Louis Latour in the UK.
Sears will start in her new role at Louis Latour on March 16.
