He also opts for Asda Alsace Gewrztraminer (5.98), "an off-dry melony example that would go well with stuffed chillis". Finally, as a "big fan" of Grner Veltliner, he picks 2007 Domaine Gobelsburger (6.99; Waitrose), which has a "delicious peppery edge".
