Academy moves house

The Academy of Food and Wine Service moved into new and larger offices within the Hotel and Catering International Management Association's (HCIMA) building in Surrey earlier this month.
This development comes shortly after January's management shake-up, which saw Jeremy Rata and Nick Scade take over as chairman and chief executive respectively.
Both these changes are intended to strengthen the company's reach and introduce improved training opportunities. Scade said: This is a terrific opportunity. Moving into larger premises will allow us to develop our new strategic objectives.'
A general rebranding of the Academy is also in progress.
