Serial restaurateur Richard Caring plans to open his second Ivy Asia site in London this November, following the launch of the concept in Manchester’s Spinningfields in late 2018. Following in the footsteps of the original site, The St Paul’s outlet will serve theatrical drinks and cocktails late into the night alongside a delicious menu of Asian-inspired dishes. On arrival, diners will be met with a show-stopping fluorescent pink onyx floor, impressive panelled artwork depicting notable Japanese landscapes, and a pink-hued pagoda, before climbing the stairs to the first-floor restaurant where the entire floor will be illuminated with green, semi-precious stone set against a striking antique gold mirrored bar. The venue will be open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
