Vinoteca heads to Birmingham

Vinoteca is to open in Birmingham, with the five-strong chain’s first outlet outside the capital.

Poised to be located within the Paradise development, the wine bar and restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, with an expected opening date in early 2020.

Up to 25 wines will be available by the glass with some 200 bottles on the full list.

Inspired by the wine bars of Spain and Italy, Vinoteca serves simple yet imaginative food from a regularly changing menu, paired with characterful wine for visitors to drink in or browse the wine shop.

Vinoteca currently operates five sites across central London in locations including Marylebone, King’s Cross and the City.
