Champagne house Moët & Chandon is bringing its Moët Academy pop-up back to London this year, after its successful inaugural outing in 2015.
This year, the pop-up will be situated at Soho's Condé Nast College and will run from in Soho from March 21 to April 3.
Visitors to the event are promised a world preview of the new Grand March Vintage Rosé 2008.
Also new for 2016 is an immersive 360o 'virtual reality' tour of the iconic vineyards of Champagne.
The academy is designed to educate consumers about Champagne.
Wine writer Jane Parkinson and Champagne Ambassador 2015 Simon Stockton talk ticket holders through the life cycle of a Champagne vintage, from the region's terroir and the characteristics of the grape varieties used to the blending, maturation and in-bottle fermentation processes.
Each session ends with a tasting of the full Moët & Chandon collection, and also includes a tasting of a variety of sparkling wines to showcase the range of styles available.
The tastings are hosted by Susie Barrie MW and Peter Richards MW.
Julie Nollet, UK marketing and communications director for Moët & Chandon, said: "By bringing the magic of Champagne to the heart of London, we inspire consumers to create and share their own 'Moët moments'.
"The Moët Academy pop-up is an invitation to experience Moët & Chandon in an exciting, interactive way and benefit from the brand's rich expertise to learn more about Champagne in general."
Tickets for a 90 minute session at the Moët Academy will cost £45 and will be available from www.moetacademy.co.uk.
