Mount Gay raises profile at Cowes Week

Mount Gay Rum is continuing its long-standing association with sailing by running a series of event and sampling activities at Cowes Week.

Taking place from August 6-13, the sailing competition attracts over 100,000 visitors each year. As the official Regatta Rum, Mount Gay Rum will be sampled throughout the week at various events including the Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week charity gala dinner.

Consumers will also be able to purchase Mount Gay Rum cocktails from bars, yacht clubs and venues throughout the town.

The Mount Gay Rum branded Farr 65 sailing boat will take to the waters during the week's festivities. On the mainland, outdoor advertising will be on display at the Holiday Inn in Southampton and guests will be able to enjoy a 5cl Eclipse or XO sample in their hotel room.
