The Famous Grouse has launched its 15th consecutive Christmas TV advertising campaign which is estimated to reach 40 million viewers.

The Famous Grouse has launched its 15th consecutive Christmas TV advertising campaign which is estimated to reach 40 million viewers.

Owned by Maxxium UK, the Famous Grouse has seen its TV adverts become an anticipated feature of Christmas ad breaks, with this year's due to start on November 22.


The brand will also be launching a new advert for 2010 to celebrate its 30th year as the best selling whisky in Scotland, which will appear alongside The Black Grouse 'Stormy Night' advert which first appeared on screen in 2008.


Linda Sooprayen, brand manager, Maxxium UK, said: "The new advert perfectly combines the brand's great history and heritage with our famous witty tone, and of course features our iconic bird, which has become such a recognisable and much loved feature of Christmas television."
