New wine merchant in Manchester

Award-winning sommeliers and international wine judges Ben Stephenson and Mark Dent have opened an independent wine merchants in Manchester.
Called Hanging Ditch, the shop occupies a prime location, on the edge of Deansgate.
Open six days a week, the owners say good coffee and wine by the glass will form part of the offer.
