THE FOOD & WINE FORUM
HOT, Harpers' sister publication, has joined forces with Southcorp to present a Food & Wine Forum, which will feature top Australian chef, Chris Matuhina, executive chef at the Magill Estate Restaurant in Adelaide. Sponsored by the Penfolds brand, the forum takes place on Tuesday 19 March at the Lanesborough Hotel in London. Matuhina will discuss food and wine matching and there will be an opportunity to taste some of his dishes. There will also be a tasting of Penfolds wines, including Grange. This event is free and aimed at all those currently working in a restaurant/bar. Places are strictly limited and must be reserved in advance.
