Canada wine industry launches new research foundation

Ontario's grape and wine industry is looking to become more innovative with the launch of a new research foundation.
The foundation will have representatives from:
Wine Council of Ontario;
Grape growers of Ontario;
The Ontario Ministry of Agriculture;
Food and Rural Affairs;
AgCanada;
The Cool Climate Oenology & Viticulture;
Institute at Brock University;
University of Guelph;
Niagara College;
Canadian Vintners Association.
