E&O's Will Ricker opening fifth site

Will Ricker is to open his fifth, restaurant, to be called XO, in Belsize Park in December. The Australian restaurateur has turned a pub in this part of north London into a modern Asian diner, seating 90.
Next to the restaurant there will be a take-away bar, the first time Ricker has moved into the food delivery business. Called XO to go', it is a jokey reference to fellow entrepreneur Simon Woodroffe's Yo Sushi brand, Yo to go', and Ricker is seeking to push out the XO brand.
Ricker also owns Cicada restaurant in Clerkenwell, the Great Eastern Dining Rooms in Shoreditch, E&O in Notting Hill and Eight over Eight in Chelsea.
