Published:  23 July, 2008

Maison Coquard - the innovative Beaujolais producer run by Christophe Coquard - is set to embark on a new UK push in partnership with Eddie Mosdell.

Coquard is offering three ranges: a traditional range of premium Beaujolais; the Masion Coquard range of Beaujolais, known for its art house' labels; and the newly launched Clochmerle brand of Beaujolais and Beaujolais Villages. The wines are produced both on the family Beaujolais estate and by partners across the region.

Christophe Coquard said: This is the beginning of an exciting new partnership with a new brand, utilising the expertise of Eddie Mosdell with his 30 years of experience in selling to the UK off-trade.' The Maison Coquard range was previously distributed by D&D Wines.
