Harrods ber alles

Harrods is promoting German wines for the first time in its history. With the World Cup just days away, one-third of the London store's wine shelf space will be devoted to German wine.
The wines will be provided by German specialist the WineBarn, and MD Iris Ellmann said: This has been a long time coming, but we really are delighted. We have been talking to Harrods for a number of years, and we recognise that attitudes are finally beginning to change.'
A wine tasting will take place for customers between noon and 4pm on Saturday 10 June.
