Peyton's regional cuisine

Oliver Peyton's latest London venture, The National Dining Rooms in The National Gallery, has introduced a County of the Month menu, designed to showcase the best of British food by region over the coming months.

Head chef Jesse Dunford Wood will put the menus together. This month saw the first instalment, which had a Norfolk theme. June will take diners to the seafood and dairy haven of Cornwall, while July and August will focus on Surrey and Yorkshire respectively.
