New-look Blossom Hill

Published:  23 July, 2008

The UK's best-selling wine brand, Blossom Hill, has unveiled a new look for its core range as part of a drive to raise awareness for the 4.99 single-varietal series.

The labels for the blends will be kept clear and simple, while the design for the varietals will aim to convey a higher quality through the incorporation of back label tasting notes.

A further change to the entire portfolio (with the exception of Blossom Hill Sparkling) is a new bottle shape, which will trade in the traditional California lip for a classic, streamlined' look.

Helen Wright, senior brand manager, said: We want consumers to feel at ease when choosing a bottle of wine and the new revamped packaging will ensure that.'

Blossom Hill is the UK's top selling off-trade wine brand with a growth rate of +22% (value) and +24% (volume) year on year (AC Nielsen).
