Drop – the wine bar spin-off of Drop wine app – has launched in Dulwich. Founded in 2016 by friends Ian Campbell and Will Palmer, the duo behind 10 Cases and Parsons Restaurants, Drop app is a delivery service which promises wine direct to Londoners within an hour. Drop Dulwich will now continue the growing group’s stable of wine library-turned-bars, with some 200 wines offering a mix of off-the-beaten-track varieties alongside global wine ‘icons’. Drop Dulwich is owned and operated by Aussie Hayley Try Carreira, a hospitality professional with 15 years working in London across the Ledbury, Viajante, Zucca and José Pizarro Group.
