I'll be Des this Christmas

Responsible drinking campaigner The Portman Group is relaunching its non-drinking designated driver campaign, I'll be Des', to remind drivers of the dangers of drinking and driving in the run-up to the festive season.
Now in its fifth year, the Des campaign is once again in partnership with the Department for Transport, the European Commission and the British Beer and Pub Association.
