Freixenet has signed up as sponsor of Christmas at Kew for the second year running.
The sponsorship deal includes the sparkling wine brand inviting guests to experience its Ice Garden – a festive drinks van that will serve winter-inspired Ice Cava cocktails.
Using the festive event to unveil its new packaging to consumers, the new linear design featured on the Ice Cava and Ice Rosé emulates the appearance of cracked sheets of ice.
The new look bottle, which will be available in stores from December, had been Introduced to reflect the brand’s premium nature, said Freixenet.
Now in its sixth year, the after-dark Christmas event is set to be the biggest to date with a mile-long trail through the botanic gardens, lit up with more than one million lights and thousands of laser beams.
Guest will be encouraged to share their festive experience across social channels using #ChristmasAtKew, with the setting featuring a Christmas light dome which includes a frozen Ice Cava selfie frame.
