Sake/vodka blend

Cellar Trends is to distribute WOKKA SAKi, an 80:20 blend of British vodka and Japanese sake, and a subtle essence of Asian fruit'.
It will be available at Harrods in the off-trade (RRP 25.95) and at top-end bars across the country, including Zuma and Hakkasan.
Tim Day, the drink's creator, said: WOKKA SAKi has the versatility of vodka with an adventurous dimension created by the sake and the Asian fruit. The brand's success in the US - where listings were gained in 960 venues in Florida alone within four weeks - gives us great confidence for a full UK launch.'
