Adelaide Hills winery Bird in Hand has signed a deal as the official wine partner for the Serpentine Galleries.
The deal, which runs throughout the summer season, will see the winery serving up its selection of premium wines at a series of VIP events and exhibition openings, including the gallery’s major fundraiser – The Summer Party.
The partnership formed part of Bird in Hand’s ethos to support the arts, said the producer.
“Having only launched our wines in the UK last year, we are excited for gallery members, art lovers and guests to try new Australian wines, particularly lesser known cooler climate Adelaide Hills varieties,” said marketing and PR executive Mashoom Tait.
Past collaborations for the winery includes a partnership with British fashion designer Henry Holland and supporting this year’s NYT Art Leaders Network in Berlin.
“As a brand, we believe that wine is a broader experience of so many things that bring joy, with art and design being one such passion,” added Tait.
Founded in 1997, Bird in Hand produces four tiers of cool-climate wines. In the UK, is available from Waitrose, Waitrosecellar.com and frontierfinewines.co.uk.
