Ice wine for Hallgarten

Hallgarten has taken on the agency for one of Canada's leading Icewine producers, Pelee Island Winery in Ontario.
Pelee Island, which is Canada's largest independently owned winery, also produces a range of table wines.
The wines will be launched at the Restaurant Show, London, 19-21 September, where Hallgarten will be encouraging its customers to serve Pelee Island Icewine by the glass, at 17.50 yielding a healthy additional profit for the restaurateur at the
end of the meal'.
Pelee Island Icewine has an SRP of 29.95 per 37.5cl bottle.
