Bobby Chinn will bring his acclaimed Vietnamese cuisine to London's Soho this autumn as he opens House of Ho on Old Compton Street.
New Zealand-born Chinn has made a name for himself in his adopted country where he already runs two restaurants in Hanhoi and Saigon. Described by American chef and author, Anthony Bourdain, as a "true international man of mystery - he's kind of like Rick in Casablanca - the man knows his stuff".
He is also equally well known for his travels and for hosting Discovery TLC's World Café series, where he travels the world discovering new cuisines.
His new 90-seat Soho restaurant will be a "fun, informal and sexy" take on Vietnamese food.
