The micro-négociant was established in 2009 as a joint venture between Nicolas Jaboulet and the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel.

It was previously represented by Pol Roger UK and is sold by independent wine merchants and the on-trade.
The range comprises five wines spanning in price from Maison Nicolas Perrin Crozes Hermitage Blanc 2011 (rrp £19.99) to Maison Nicolas Perrin Ermitage Rouge 2010 (rrp £ 58.99).

"We were impressed by the precision of these wines which, allied with their modern style and the emphasis on fruit, makes them stunning examples of their appellations," said Liberty Wines MD David Gleave.

Nicolas Jaboulet said: "We believe that Liberty has the same quality ethos as we do and their expertise in the premium on-trade and independent off-trade, as well as the strength of their customer base and portfolio of producers, makes them the natural partner for our business. I would like to thank Pol Roger for their work over the last few years."

Lliberty Wines has also recently added Northern Rhône producers Domaine du Chêne and François & Fils to its portfolio.
