The European Wine Bloggers Conference in November will give delegates insights into making the most of both traditional and new social media publishing platforms as well as the chance to learn more about the wines from Turkey.

The European Wine Bloggers Conference in November will give delegates insights into making the most of both traditional and new social media publishing platforms as well as the chance to learn more about the wines from Turkey.


Harpers Wine & Spirit is teaming up with EWBC as media partner and editor, Richard Siddle, will take part in a panel on how bloggers can make their work relevant to both print and online media.


Wines of Turkey is putting on a number of wine tours before and after the main conference between November 9-11 in Izmir including trips to Çanakkale, Tekirdag, Maniza, Denizli and Elazig.


As well as expert advice on the latest social media and blogging trends and technology, including expertthere will be a range of wine masterclasses covering Turkish wine styles, topics such as natural wine a Grand Terroir tasting covering different countries.


Keynote speakers include Calfornian winemaker Randall Grahm, wine critics Andrew Jefford, Charles Metcalfe, Robert Joseph and Tim Atkin MW, trade figures including Laithwaite's Justin Howard-Sneyd and social media experts Christian Payne and Pierrick Bouquet.


The EWBC is organised by wine communcations consultants, Vrazon, and costs 350 euros, for the conference and pre and post trips,excluding flights and accommodation.
