O Fournier offers shares in vineyards
Argentinian producer, O Fournier is to offer 84 investors the chance to buy vineyards plots at its Santa Sofia Estate.
Set in the Uco Valley, as a partner O Fournier, will plant and maintain the vineyards with the same standards and care as it does its own.
The Wine Partners will have the possibility to buy one to three ha plots from which a significant number have already being planted with Malbec vines from the O Fournier nursery.
Partners will receive ownership of the vineyard estate including drip irrigation, plants, wires and wood, anti-hail and anti-frost systems, the right to build his or her own villa, full maintenance of the vineyard until the first production of grapes and full management of the property including the purchase of grapes.
Other benefits can include; brand labelling, shipping and preferential treatment and entrance to all wine events where O Fournier is present.
