Vergelegen launches vintage "V"

Premium South African winery, Vergelegen has launched the 2004 vintage of "V" - its flagship wine - onto the UK market. The wine, which is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (90%), Merlot (7%) and Cabernet Franc (3%), has an RRP of £56 and is targeted at both the high end retailers and on-trade. The 2004 is the third vintage of "V" to be released in the UK.

PLB adds new rosé to German range

PLB has extended its d:vine range from Germany, which it co-owns with Moselland, with the addition of a Pinot Noir Rosé QbA 2007. Targeted at the Off-Trade, it joins the Pinot Grigio QbA 2007 at an RRP of £4.98.

Arniston Bay launches limited edition range

The Arniston Bay Limited Release range is a premium addition to the portfolio and comprises two single varietal wines - Limited Release Shiraz 2007 and Limited Release Sauvignon Blanc 2008.
