Bacardi is to donate US$50,000 each to the disaster relief efforts in Australia and Brazil after recent flooding in the countries.
The Australian donation by the Bermuda-based rum producer will go to the Premier's Disaster Appeal Fund, to help provide emergency supplies in Queensland.
The other donation is to the Brazilian Red Cross to buy mattresses, pillows and bed linen for people who lost their homes in Rio de Janeiro state.
Chief executive Seamus McBride said: "Disaster relief is part of the Bacardi philanthropy and community involvement mission to provide assistance to those in the communities where we live and work.
"We hope these donations will help address at least some of the basic needs."
