Chile's modern face

People are often surprised when I describe Chile as one of the most exciting wine countries in the New World. I have no doubt it is. And yet, few countries face a greater challenge in shaking off a stubborn reputation as a dependable, if somewhat boring, value producer. Good for cheap Cabernet blends and Sauvignon Blanc.
