Fuller’s has opened the doors to its stylish new The Chambers basement cocktail bar beneath The Chamberlain Hotel in the City of London, providing an elegant place for sipping imaginative, seasonal cocktails served by award-winning mixologists. But while the seasonal cocktail menu takes the spotlight at The Chambers, a supporting cast of bar snacks and small plates – both savoury and sweet and perfect for sharing – forms a social dining experience. For something a little more substantial, guests can move upstairs to the restaurant inside the newly refurbished The Chamberlain Hotel.
