William Grant & Sons’ brings back ‘Unwrapped’ tour

William Grant & Sons’ UK Brand Ambassador team is extending its “industry-leading initiative” Unwrapped: The Other Side of Bartending – to Bristol, Manchester and London in 2019.

Designed exclusively for the UK hospitality industry, ‘Unwrapped’ is based on a series of brand ambassador-led talks that deliver insight, knowledge and skills to the on-trade. Subjects range from ‘How to find the courage to be happy’ to ‘The power of storytelling’.

The 2019 series will be begin in Bristol on 25 March, followed by Manchester on 13 May, finally arriving in London in November.

Sam Baxendale, owner of the KIN Bar, who attended the 2018 Edinburgh launch event of Unwrapped, said: “It was an extremely enjoyable and enlightening day of socialising and education. I found it different to other training or brand events as there was little to no "mixology" talk. The subjects discussed were those close at heart to each Brand Ambassador. I feel this makes the relevance of Unwrapped more widespread and inclusive to the whole hospitality industry, and not just those focused on cocktails.”
