Hedonism-backed Hide launches in Piccadilly

Hide is a joint venture between Hedonism Wines and chef Ollie Dabbous, which combines drinking and dining over several glamorous floors in London with views out over Green Park. Offering food that is “light, elegant and pure”, the tasting menu features dishes such as Roast King Crab with Turnips, Camomile Honey and Salted Butter, and Tartare of Heritage Beetroot with Blueberry Vinegar, Rose Petals, Crushed Pistachio and Horseradish Cream. The wine list boasts a whopping 6,500 bottles. And if that wasn’t enough, your non-listed favourites will be whisked across town from the Hedonism shop on request.
