The Gin Hotel expands to Exmouth Market

Portobello Road Gin Distillery has opened a bar and restaurant on Exmouth Market in Clerkenwell, which will serve as sister venue to The Distillery (aka The Gin Hotel) on Portobello Road in Notting Hill. The 100-cover Tonica is set over two floors and will serve up creative Spanish tapas alongside a lengthy Spanish wine list with plenty of choice by the glass.
The cocktail menu is also strong, as is the gin and tonic selection. When it comes to food, seasonality is key and dishes include Galician Octopus with Green Pepper Vinaigrette and Warm Potato Salad, and Smoked Cauliflower with Crunchy Chickpeas, Cumin Dressing and Harissa.
