D&D Wines International have secured a new listing with the Co-operative with Washington Hills, a joint venture with Precept Brands.

Washington Hills wines are produced in the Columbia Valley, Washington State, and are blended specifically for the taste of the UK consumer. The traditional, appealing packaging features Mount Rainier, capturing the essence of Washington's natural wonders. It is the only brand to have 'Washington' in the brand name.

Available at Co-operative stores, both the Merlot and the Sauvignon Blanc are sealed with screw cap and have a RRP of £5.99.

Lewis Jones, Marketing Director for Precept's UK Agent D&D Wines International commented "Following the successful listing of Precept's 'Steak House' wine in the Co-operative, the listing of this red and white pair under the Washington is fantastic news for Precept, and will help to raise the profile of the excellent wines from Washington State in the UK."

Precept Brands was founded in 2002 by former Corus Brands CEO Andrew Browne and Owner Dan Baty who founded Alice White and led Columbia Winery (Ste Chapelle, Covey Run) to prominence prior to its sale to Constellation. Precept is currently producing wines from three distinctive wine regions around the world: North America, Australia/New Zealand, and Europe.
