Wholesaler and importer Enotria&Coe are hosting a panel discussion and tasting with a line-up of top women working in wine.
The panel, speaking on October 10, includes Tamra Kelly- Washington from Yealands Estate, Samantha Connew from Stargazer, Jody Bogle from Bogle Vineyards, Francesca Planeta from Planeta and Kim Chalmers from Chalmers Wine.
The discussion will be chaired by UK wine journalist Sarah Ahmed.
This panel discussion will bring together a strong line-up of wine business leaders, winemakers and inspiring women to discuss the wine business, the people and the experiences that have shaped them and influenced their ways of working.
"I'm really excited to be chairing a panel of visionary women who are helping shape the future of wine," Ahmed said.
"They will be sharing with us the opportunities and challenges which they have encountered putting cracks in the ceiling. A morning with these inspiring thought leaders will, I'm sure, lead to a fruitful exchange of experiences and strategies for success."
Enotria&Coe wine buyer, Harriet Kininmonth, said: "This is very much a positive and inspiring session aimed at those in our industry who want to come along and hear first-hand the experiences that shaped the careers of this bevy of talented women. Women from various disciplines, who are leaders and challengers and, quite frankly, hugely inspirational. It will be an open and exciting conversation, and we're looking forward to an afternoon of debate, discussion and great wines. "
The event will take place on October 12 at Andaz Studio, Liverpool Street.
