Published:  25 January, 2016

Sales at Fever-Tree, the premium mixer manufacturer, grew 71% in 2015, according to the latest trading update from the company, announced today.

Performance in the UK has been especially strong, and is likely to be 84% up year on year.

Elsewhere, results are 66% up elsewhere in Europe, 65% up in the US,  and 50% in the rest of the world.

Some 70% of Fever-Tree's sales are now outside the UK.

The business expects to post overall sales of £59.2 million for the year.

Tim Warrillow, chief executive of Fever-Tree said: "We are encouraged to report another positive trading statement. Fever-Tree continues to trade strongly, buoyed by a festive period significantly ahead of last year.

"We have continued to widen and deepen our penetration with growth across our product range in all our regions.  We remain well positioned in our markets and look forward to the future with confidence."

The company will announce its reliminary results on March 14, 2016.

Fever-Tree was founded in 2005 with the aim of supplying premium carbonated mixers for gin and other spirits through both the on- and the off-trade.
