Waitrose, Wine Rack and Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen are among those signed up for National Calvados Week.
From 14-20 October, participating on and off-trade retailers will be promoting the French apple brandy with cocktail presentations, tastings and competitions.
The spirit is made by distilling cider made from Normandy cider apples.
The Rivoli Bar at the Ritz has also signed up to promote the spirit and bar manager Luis Simoes has created two calvados cocktails called Cloak & Dagger, using calvados Père Magloire XO and Sparkle & Shine, featuring calvados Père Magloire 12 Year Old.
Head chef Maciej Szymik at Restaurant at the Bonham in Edinburgh will also present a calvados dinner.
