Chef Yotam Ottolenghi has partnered with artisan wine fair RAW, which takes place from May 19-20.

Ottolenghi is to host the official wine shop at the fair, which takes at the Old Truman Brewery in London.

Ottolenghi's webstore currently has a selection of around 20 wines from RAW exhibitors, and the list is set to grow in the run up to the fair. At the show itself the Ottolenghi wine shop will be stocking a larger selection, giving visitors the chance to purchase wines tasted at the show.

RAW features more than 150 growers and champions natural, organic and biodynamic wines. Fining and filtration information as well as sulphite levels is to be listed for all wines.

Ottolenghi said: "My love of food goes hand in hand with an admiration for great wine. Hand-picked and carefully sourced, the Ottolenghi wine collection, which we also sell online, focuses on artisan producers, local grape varieties and wine made in the most natural way. Our wines are from environmentally committed producers and give a strong sense of place - geographically, historically, culturally.

"It goes without saying, that these are also wines that we simply love drinking - and we're quite good at that! We are delighted and honoured to be working with Isabelle Legeron MW and her team at RAW, the only artisan wine fair. This partnership feels very natural indeed."
