LIWF organisers have announced the line-up for the Speakers' Corner platform in the MyWineFair area of the show.

Highlights include: London Swine Trade Fair (Monday, May 20, 1.15pm-1.45pm): Pig enthusiast Rupert Ponsonby will demonstrate the wonders of his Mr Trotter's Great British Pork Crackling accompanied by Taittinger, Tio Pepe and TEA (Hog's Back's Traditional England Ale) - and pig poetry.

Producers can Challenge Joe Wadsack to blind taste wines (Monday May 20 and Tuesday 21, 2pm-2.30pm). Exhibitors wishing to submit bottles to this should contact: j.foreman@hgluk.com or k.coates@hgluk.com.

Knackered Mother Helen McGinn shares her thoughts on what the wine industry can do to "open ears, eyes and palates to better wines" in Are You Talking to Me? How to communicate with your consumer (Tuesday, May 21, 10am-10.30am).

Making your wine labels work harder (Tuesday, 21 May, 13.15 to 13.45): Abigail Barlow, of specialist wine design agency Barlow Doherty, is to talk about the latest innovation in print and media that could revolutionise drinks packaging.

Ten marketing strategies for emerging wine brands (Tuesday, May 21, 3pm-3.30pm): Stephen Cronk is to identify 10 fundamental marketing principles that have helped his new wine, Mirabeau en Provence, win strategic distributors in key markets over the past three years.

Ten finalists will present live to the Winestars World LIWF 2013 buyers. Each producer will present for three minutes, followed by a 10-minute grilling on the wine, packaging, pricing, logistics and marketing. The judges will announce the producers they have selected.
