Bibendum to hold late night trade tasting

Bibendum is to host its first late night 9pm to 1am tasting to suit sommeliers and retailers who work in establishments with late opening hours.

Bibendum is to host its first late night 9pm to 1am tasting to suit sommeliers and retailers who work in establishments with late opening hours.

Aimed at on-trade customers and independent merchants, the event will include many of the company's top agencies including Champagne Bruno Paillard, Vietti, Chateau St Cosme and Petaluma.

It will also include a selection of 30 great value wines that can be sold by the on trade for under £30.

Bibendum's director of sales for London, John Graves, said: "We have had a fantastic response to this idea from sommeliers and other trade customers across the capital.

"The combination of outstanding wines, a brilliant venue and a time of day that suits restaurant and shop hours is clearly a winning one."

The Bibendum W1 tasting will take place at 33 Portland Place, September 20th wines will be served alongside a midnight feast.
