Grant's supports Classic FM in sponsorship deal

UK distributors First Drinks has announced a major sponsorship package for Grant's with Classic FM in order to help drive growth of the brand.

The blended whisky will be the main sponsor of Classic FM Live - at the Royal Albert Hall to an audience of nine million on September 24.


On the run up to the event Grant's will feature daily on Classic FM and additional consumer PR support will take place in the form of sampling, an online campaign and Grant's Garden After Hours activity at the Albert Hall.


Harriet Knight, brand manager for Grant's said: "We are thrilled to be sponsoring such a fantastic event. This is a natural fit for Grant's and provides us with an ideal opportunity to directly interact with the Classic FM audience and blended whisky drinkers whilst further raising our profile of the brand via a wider promotional programme.


"Blended whisky remains the number 1 spirits category in the multiple grocery sector, however, we are aware we need to maintain momentum and investment. We have further exciting plans for Grant's for the rest of the year to help raise consumer awareness and drive growth in the trade."
