Specialist Korean cocktail bar opens at Kimchee in London
Korean cocktails featuring authentic spirits such as Soju and Hakushu will be the main focus of a new bar opening up downstairs at the Kimchee Korean restaurant in Holborn in London.
It hopes to tap in to the current wave of interest in discovering new styles of cocktails and will feature an extensive cocktail list made up of spirits from Korea and across Asia.
Guests will be able to try cocktails popular in bars in Seoul made from lesser known spirits such as Baekseju and Umeshu. The bar will also feature an extensive range of beers sourced from Korea and Japan as well as a range of Korean teas and non-alcoholic drinks.
A bar menu featuring a number of sharing Korean dishes has been designed to match with the cocktail and drinks menu.
The bar is due to open next week.
