Le Vin La Table expands into the corporate market

Hale-based wine and cookery school Le Vin La Table, is expanding into the corporate market to offer Le Vin La Boardroom Table.

Owner, Muriel Lismonde opened the business last December and offers a range of wine tasting sessions and cookery classes. On the back of its success she has decided to create an offering aimed at corporate customers wanting to host team building events, organise office get-togethers or small parties, entertain clients, or network.

Each bespoke event will meet a company's individual requirements and will be personally hosted by Lismonde and chef Jason Palin. Le Vin La Table can accommodate groups of up to 15 with exclusive use of the venue. Facilities include a comfortable open teaching kitchen, cooking and dining area and a wine tasting suite. An additional small boardroom is also available.

Lismonde who produces her own label organic wine Tour De Belfort at her family vineyard in France, is also able to offer a WSET Level 1 Award for groups or individuals wishing to achieve a globally-recognised wine qualification.

Lismonde said: "We offer guests a totally unique experience that they won't find anywhere else. As winemakers with our own vineyard, our events go far beyond the tasting sessions people may have tried previously."
