Masa + Mezcal is the realisation of a long-held ambition to bring a high-quality, fresh and modern Mexican experience to Bristol.

Launched last month (19 March), it is the fifth opening from Bristol-based hospitality group Season & Taste.

The restaurant boasts 90 covers and an entirely gluten-free menu including botanas (small snacks), masa (based on maize dough), crudo (raw dishes), asado (larger dishes grilled or oven-roasted) and traditional sides.

The drinks menu is focused on artisan mezcal, served straight in tasting flights or mixed into cocktails, which will be served alongside a selection of wine and house craft beer.
