Harpers Wine Stars, the competition judged by buyers for buyers, is returning fresh for 2019 – and there’s only just over a week left to sign up.

Entries will soon be closing for our first round of Wine Stars 2019, which will kick-start the New Year with a number of exciting categories.

This time, we will be highlighting the rich assortment of wines from Spain in the Old World and Australia and South America in the new, providing an in-depth focus on what Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil has to offer.

As with previous Wine Stars, our approach to tasting is unique.

The competitions give wineries the opportunity to have their wines tasted and scored by a group of buyers.

Wines are not only scored on taste, but value for money, design and packaging – essential criteria for any buyer deciding how to plug gaps in their portfolios.

Entrants will receive a Wine Star rating and a full Wine Star Audit, with invaluable feedback focusing on commercial viability.
