Hart brothers drop new restaurant in Kings Cross

Removing the pomp and stuffing from the wine world is the name of the game for this new wine bar and eaterie – the latest from Barrafina co-founder Sam Hart, along with brother James and Crispin Somerville.

The brothers’ new launch will open its doors in October amid the cobbled streets and Victorian brick arches of the Coal Drops Yard development in King’s Cross.

Aimee Hartley, founder of Above Sea Level and Ginuwine – a wine and R’n’B dance party – has been tasked with keeping the wine list cutting edge and the atmosphere lively.

Expect lots of low-intervention wines, alongside British bistro dishes, cheeses, meats and oysters.
