Wines from Oregon and Washington State are stepping out from California's shadow as they prepare to stage their first stand alone tasting in the UK in four years.
Following the decision of the Californian wine board to move their annual tasting to September, the Oregon & Washington State Tasting is taking place in London on March 13.
This is the first time the two regions will stage an annual tasting without California since 2013.
In 2014, 2015 and 2016, they formed part of the Go West Tasting which included California.
The event, organised and run by the Oregon Wine Board and the Washington State Wine Commission will be visiting the capital as part of a European tour which will culminate with Prowein in Dusseldorf.
With 38 winery and agent tables on show, organisers say this is the best opportunity to experience the most comprehensive range of wines from both regions.
There will also be two seminars, the Rise of Oregon Chardonnay (11.30am to 12.30pm), and Washington State Cabernet Sauvignon on the World Stage (2.30pm-3.30pm), chaired by Dr Jamie Goode.
There will also be a self-pour area for unrepresented wineries who are unable to make the tasting in person.
The wineries represented on the day are:
