Marques de Casa Concha and the Wines and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) have partnered to offer consumers the chance to win a place on a wine course via a neck collar promotion.

A total of 10 places on a WSET wine course of their choice will be up for grabs when consumers buy promotional bottles.

The competition, a partnership between the WSET and the premium Concha y Toro brand is open until March 31, 2017.

Around 400,000 neck collars will be on bottles on sale from September 2016.

Each winner will receive a £150 WSET Gift Voucher which can be redeemed against any WSET course at one of 140 WSET course providers across the UK.

Ben Smith, head of communications at Concha y Toro UK, said: "The Marques range is doing very well in the UK, and really suits the type of wine shopper who is curious to learn more about the fabulous world of wine, and share that knowledge. Their Cabernet, Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah wines are benchmark examples of the best that Chile can produce, but still very affordable to all.

"It was a natural step to getting together with the WSET, who are doing so much to encourage good wine knowledge via their excellent range of wine courses. We're looking forward to continuing to build the awareness and sales of these wines next year with more exciting tie."

Ian Harris, Chief Executive at WSET, added: "This is a fantastic initiative by Concha y Toro to bring wine education to their customers. We are thrilled to partner with them on this promotion."

Marques de Casa Concha wines, made by Concha y Toro winemaker Marcelo Papa, are available in Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons.

The brand recently posted strong value growth for the yearto April 24, up 150% on the previous year (IRI, total off-trade sales).
