The Boutique Bar Show London is returning to the capital with a bigger and better venue.

The Boutique Bar Show London is returning to the capital with a bigger and better venue.

On September 20, the show - which will bring together over one hundred drinks brands, bartenders and mixologists - will take place in a large converted stables opposite Spitalfields Market - a "big step up" from previous years.

The event is consolidating its schedule and is a one-day only event this year, with a 1,000 person capacity at the new venue.

Sharing knowledge and sharing ideas is the show's mantra and has lined up several of the UK's leading cocktail bars to present on and discuss the drinks that have proved most successful for their businesses.

This will take place on the new "signature serves" bar area and the line-up currently includes The Red Light (Bristol), The Maven (Leeds), Science and Industry (Manchester), The Hawksmoor Spitalfields Bar (London), Berry and Rye (Liverpool).

Another new addition is the "business of bars" area, which will cover an array of bar related business issues including the retention and recruitment of talent, how to successfully raise money through crowd funding, how to present yourself and making the most of new technology.

Bonhomie, a new cocktail bar in Paris from the team at Little Red Door, will be showing how to create seasonal drinks, while the Punch Room at the Edition Hotel will be talking through how to create a modern punch.

"We are really excited about this amazing new venue as it is a big step up for us and the perfect setting to showcase new and innovative brands alongside some of the world's leading bars," founder Andrew Scutts said.

"By directly involving a number of venues from around the country we are creating a platform to allow the industry to share ideas and knowledge between themselves on a national level."

The show will also introduce CLASS:Room, a joint venture between the Boutique Bar Show and the rebirth of the bartenders magazine, CLASS.
