Les Dauphins, the French wine brand, is linking up with the BBC Good Food Show to help raise money for the BBC Children in Need appeal at this weekend's event.

Visitors to the BBC Good Food Show will receive Les Dauphins branded merchandise if they make a donation to the BBC Children in Need charity appeal.  Les Dauphins will be promoting the link up this week on its new Twitter, Facebook and website.

The BBC Good Food Show's wine personalities, Oz Clarke, Peter Richards MW and Susie Barrie MW have also agreed to appear for "selfies" on the Les Dauphins stand in exchange for donations to the charity.

Les Dauphins is also offering a consumer prize for the best photo taken at the show featuring Les Dauphins.

Richard Evans, director of Dedicated Wines which helped devise, launch and now distribute Les Dauphins, said: "We have a strong consumer following for es Dauphins and we recognise social media as an important platform to communicate with wine drinkers in a relevant way. Our aim is to open up more conversations with them now and to increase their experience of the "Joie de Vivre" attitude and style of Les Dauphins. Specifically at the BBC Good Food Show we hope to bring the brand to an even wider audience and to raise money for a fantastic cause."
